Ally-Syn

(Australia)

Ally-Syn (aka Alison Ottrey) is fresh meat on the comedy circuit. Making her comedy debut at the age of 16 in Class Clowns 2006, she decided to finish her VCE before making a real go of stand-up. She's constantly gigging around Australia, if you haven't seen this loverly lady, you soon will! Ally appeared as part of the cast of the 2008 Melbourne International Comedy Festival Show "The Zinger Machine":http://www.thegroggysquirrel.com/articles/2008/03/20/2008-melbourne-comedy-festival-reviews/the-zinger-machine/ . In addition, she was also interviewed on Syn-Fm promoting the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, and new comedy talent, to Melbournians. Her first appearance on television was for legalized gambling (a fact she is quite proud of!). Yes, she was that girl in the advertisement for the Spring Racing Carnival. Her first comedy appearance on television was in March on Channel 31 in 2006 for the State Finals of Class Clowns. Come along with her as she shares her views about life.
